One of my favorite days has come again! It's World Autism Awareness Day! (April 2) If you are having trouble figuring out how to support or spread awareness for people on the Autism Spectrum, here's a couple of ideas:
Buy an Autism Awareness item (I recommend my Duct Tape Autism Awareness Bracelets! Money goes to charity! Just click on the "About Me" tab for more information.)
Wear blue! The color blue seems to be what everyone has decided is the color for Autism Awareness.
Light up your house blue! Home Depot is selling the special blue light bulbs!
Attend an Autism Awareness event in your area!
Above all, remember to accept and work on better understanding those on the Autism Spectrum.
