I feel hurt about the tragedy in Connecticut. So this is what I want to write:

I am not a mother. I cannot begin to understand the devastation that all parents must be going through. I may never know the terror that those children felt. I would love to understand these feelings and be able to express empathy, but I cannot. However, it is not because I do not care.

I care about each and every one of the 20 children who were lost. I care about the teachers and staff who died bravely saving many other children. I am sorry to the shooter's family for the loss of the mother and for the sad actions that the shooter felt he had to take. I am sorry to my friends in the Autism Community who have been unfairly declared by media as "violent". I wish the arguments about gun violence and Church in schools would go away. I wish that people could feel hope and love again. I wish that for once, I could really truly know each victim, who they were, and remember them for how they lived.

Not how they died.

Honestly. What do we expect. We teach children that we are animals that just evolved from rocks so we are all just animals survival of the fittest etc. And never teach them that murder is wrong and evil.

What he did is only a natural conclusion of what our sick society teaches.

Welcome to the future.
